Terms of service

The terms under which GRaaS is provided: what you may send, what we commit to, and the limits of both.

The service

GRaaS accepts documents over a REST API, indexes them, optionally extracts a knowledge graph from them, and answers searches over the result. It never connects to anything of yours — everything it holds is content you transmitted to it.

Your content

You retain all rights to content you push. You grant us the licence necessary to store, process, index and derive structures from it in order to provide the service, and nothing beyond that. We do not use it to train models.

You are responsible for having the right to send us what you send, and for not sending categories of data the service is not built for — the security page states plainly that protected health information is out of scope, and we will not sign a business associate agreement.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to process content you have no right to process.
  • Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another workspace or organisation.
  • Do not use it to generate content designed to deceive about its provenance.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, or to resell the service as your own retrieval platform without an agreement covering it.

Tiers, quotas and billing

The RAG tier is provided free of charge. The graph tier requires an arrangement with us. Quotas apply per rate plan and are published on the pricing page. Billing is not currently active: no payment is taken through this service today, and any paid arrangement is made directly.

A tier upgrade is one-way per workspace, and it does not retroactively extract documents ingested before the upgrade.

Availability

We do not currently offer a service level agreement. The service is provided as-is, on a single managed deployment in a single region. The free tier in particular carries no availability commitment.

Answers are not advice

Answers are generated from the documents you supplied. Grounding is enforced and citations are validated against the documents actually returned, which substantially reduces unsupported claims and does not eliminate them. Do not rely on an answer for a legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decision without checking the cited sources.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account for a material breach of acceptable use, and will tell you why.

Changes

We will give notice of material changes to these terms to the administrator address on the account before they take effect.
