Customers
Who is building on this.
Case studies about corpora and the questions they could not answer — not logos arranged on a grid.
No published studies yet
We'd rather show you nothing than show you something invented.
We have customers. What we do not yet have is written permission to describe their content in public — and a case study is not the sort of thing you publish first and clear afterwards.
When they land, each one will answer the same four questions. It is worth saying what they are, because it is also a reasonable list to bring to a first conversation about your own content.
The corpus
What content, in which systems, and how much of it. The interesting number is usually how many separate systems it spans rather than the document count.
The question that failed
The specific question their previous search got wrong, quoted the way a user asked it. This is the part that makes a case study worth reading.
The integration
How documents get in, how the tenancy is mapped, and how long it took to get the first cited answer.
What changed
One metric if they will give one, and their own words if they will give those. No metric rather than an invented one.
Be one of the studies.
If you are building something with this and would let us write about it, we are very interested — and we will let you read it before it goes anywhere.
